Due to an injury of the ankle joint, Christian Träsch will not be able to play in the games against Austria and Azerbaijan. Christian turned his ankle during training on Tuesday evening. After seeing a doctor this morning, it was determined that he won’t be able to take part in the training for a few days. Christian left the Mannschaft’s hotel and will recover at home.

Jogi Löw said there will be no additional call ups for now as they have full faith in the 16 field players and three goalkeepers left.
